These three basic reactions to life can lead to huge power struggles, tantrums and lack of peace and harmony at home. A simple solution to eliminating “hunger” is to eat. However, many of us skip breakfast and other meals throughout the day. And when we do eat, we stuff our faces with sugary foods and drinks which play havoc with our insulin levels and throw us into “tired and discomfort”.
Try feeding you and your kids 6 small low fat meals a day…do not skip breakfast- it is the most important meal of the day, for you, too!
