Studio 33 Art and Frame Gallery presents 'Aleksandr Trachishin'
Aleksandr Trachishin (Sasha Kandimir) a Ukraine
born artist Alek moved to the United States
in 1992, where he has lived in New London,
Westerly, and Mystic. A graduate of
Minsk Art
School in 1986 and Rhode Island
School of Design in 1996, Trachishin has explored many genres and mediums of
painting: from realistic to abstract and expressionism to pop art. He enjoys
painting a variety of subjects as well, and his show at Studio 33 Art and Frame
Gallery will feature a sampling of many of these styles. Be sure to look for
his encaustics, acrylics, watercolors, charcoal drawings and more which will
hang from July 2nd until July 31st.
Trachishin has participated in group and solo exhibitions in

etc. Works are represented in private collections in the Ukraine,
