Eagle Scout Project Bottle And Can Drive

Hello everyone,

    I have a can drive for my Eagle Scout Project from 8am-12pm in the Friendship School parking lot on August 24, 2013. If you told your friends, family, and other people you know that they could drop off cans on that day, it would be very helpful to my project and therefore to Safe Futures of New London. My project is to collect bottles and cans to refund them for money. After collecting the revenue from that, as well as donations of goods and money, I buy backpacks, blankets, coloring books, crayons, pens, journals, and tooth care items. All of these things make up a survival pack for the children that enter the emergency shelter. The only thing I need to make my project a complete success is to buy 50 fleece blankets and 25 more backpacks. (Donations are accepted and encouraged.)
