Parking Ban Takes Effect At 4 p.m. In New London
Free parking for city residents is available at Water Street Parking Garage and in municipal lots.
Winter parking regulations for non-downtown streets and a downtown parking ban will be in effect at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21 in the City of New London.
There is free parking for City residents at the Water Street Parking Garage and parking available at the downtown municipal lots.
Per winter parking regulations, cars need to be parked on the odd side of the street. The parking regulations are intended to allow the city's Public Works Department access for plowing and to ensure emergency vehicles have access during and after the storm.
