New to downtown New London's memorials is the one we featured last week. The orange and yellow artwork with a large pair of shoes just outside a doorway is on the rear of Mambo's Bar and Grill. The Bank Street eatery is expanding into a larger space next door, and the mural on the back of the building is visible from South Water Street.
