Families United is a community based, family advocacy organization comprised of family members and professionals who provide support, resources, and individualized programming for families, young adults, and children.

Our mission is to facilitate and promote unity and the healthy growth and development of individuals, families, and communities through empowerment, advocacy, and services.

We honor our organizational values of compassion, courage, connection, and belonging while we strive to empower individuals, families, and youth as they personally drive the decisions relative to the planning of their lives.

Families United is a recognized chapter in Connecticut of the National Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health.
