Union Station is located at the foot of State Street, convenient to bus and ferry terminals and parking. The station has an indoor waiting room. Amtrak's Acela Express and Northeast Regional trains stop here, and Shoreline East (www.shorelineeast.com) offers limited service connecting to Metro North in New Haven.
