And, that evening, the Caribbean Festival is happening on the Custom House Pier. GI's been helping with that event's PR and PSA radio spots. Steel Drum Band starts at 6. Fireworks at 9. I'm looking forward to dancing to the latin orchestra into the night! Food from Mambo!!!
