The Neon Chicken has been spit-roasting chicken in New London for more than 21 years. The menu stretches beyond chicken to meatloaf, ribs and pot roast, roast loin of pork and turkey. Diners can also choose from 14 hot side dishes, several cold sides and salads, chips and dessert. Everything is made fresh on site; the staff even peels the carrots and bakes the bread. Neon Chicken serves plates and sandwiches and offers packages to go that serve from two to six people.
