A partnership of the St. Mary Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church and St. James Episcopal Church, the Covenant Shelter provides emergency housing and food for the homeless. The shelter has 14 beds for single men, three for single women and five family rooms. In addition to these services, Covenant Shelter offers assistance with rent and transportation as well as educational and work readiness programs.
