Connecticut Adoption & Family Services

Connecticut Adoption & Family Services (CT-AFS) is a non-profit adoption agency located in New London. The organization provides adoption placement services and family support services to individuals throughout New London and the surrounding communities. Comprehensive adoption services are offered for infant, foster care, co-parent, embryo, international, step-parent and relative adoptions. CT-AFS workers are on call 24 hours a day. Other services offered include birth-parent support groups, adoptive parent support groups and post-adoption finalization counseling.
