Child and Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut

This location is the administrative offices of the Child and Family Agency, which assists at-risk children and families. Founded in 1809 as the Female Benevolent Charitable Society of Hartford, this private, non-profit, volunteer-supported agency provides parent/child counseling, child development services, health care and social services, and prevention and education services.
