First Plunge? If not, how many? This will be my 4th Plunge. I am team captain for .

Why take the Plunge? It started out as something I wanted to do to push myself both with fundraising and running into the freezing water and ended up an event that I look forward to participating in each year.

What does Special Olympics mean to you? After doing my first Penguin Plunge, I started learning more about Special Olympics and through my job at the radio station, working more with the organization.  To me, Special Olympics means coming together to make dreams come true for people all over the world as well as breaking stereotypes and building communities. Get involved with Special Olympics to support and foster courage, pride and joy.
