We have a Facebook Page that currently has over 400 'likes' (fans) registered to it. This blog is being use to make an attempt to get that number increased to 1,000 likes, before the end of June!
If you have a Facebook Page, we would like to openly invite you to like our page, The Salvation Army-New London, CT. Gaining 1,000 likes would allow for the Salvation Army of New London, (which serves all of Southern New London County), to keep you inform of The Salvation Army's work not only locally, but indeed within the 126 Countries we service around the world.This will also give us an opportunity to allow us to know when volunteers are needed in order to help us implement our programs. These volunteers can be utilized for anything from conducting our youths program, organizing a food drive, and also help us with Emergency Disaster Services, when the need arrives.
So please, don't be a stranger to us. Come and find and like our page on Facebook. Help us reach 1,000 likes before June 30th.
