AEROBICS IS DONE HERE THREE DAYS A WEEK!

Did you know that The Salvation Army of New London has an Aerobic group that meets 3 days a week?  That is correct!  The program is called  Wholly Fitness!  And you are invited to join this fun, faith based workout every Monday, Wednesday and Friday--from 8:30 am until 9:30 am.  We are inviting all of you who would be interested to come and join this fellowship!
