In the B division, second year skipper Atlantic Brugman and Grace Medley scored 34 points in another second place showing for Connecticut College.

Senior Claire Sacco and sophomore Ryan Daly were both key contributors for Connecticut College this weekend.

Martland was pleased with the outcome and is looking forward to the rest of the fall season.

"We had a goal of just placing in the single digits in every race," Martland said after the win. "We just sailed really well this weekend. The breeze filled in this morning. We only had one bad race but we put that behind us and moved forward to win the regatta for Connecticut College."

Wilsterman shared Martland's enthusiasm on the clutch victory for the Camels.

"This was a complete team effort for us this weekend," Wilsterman said. "We stayed together as a group. In the end, we worked towards a common goal and we are pleased to come out on top."

The Camels will return home next week to compete in the Connecticut College Invitational and the Danmark Trophy Regattas on the Thames River.
