The Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference has announced the tournament pairings for its boys' basketball state tournaments, which will begin on March 6.
is among 32 schools competing for the Class LL title. Their first game will be a 7 p.m. home match-up against Xavier High School of Middletown. New London finished fifth in the Class LL regular season with an , while Xavier finished 28th with a 10-10 record. The winner of this contest will next play on March 8 face the winner of a game between Newington (ranked 15th with 12-8) and East Hartford (ranked 18th with 12-8).
The top two finalists will face off at the Mohegan Sun Arena later this month. The full bracket can be viewed here.
