Connecticut Citizens Defense League Endorses Harry Watson for CT's 41st House District

Latest "Local" Endorsement by CCDL

Groton, CT - October 31, 2012 - The Executive Committee off the
Connecticut Citizens Defense League (CCDL), the state's largest
grassroots gun rights organization, today added Harry Watson to their
list of endorsed candidates for public office. Mr. Watson is running for
a house seat in Connecticut's 41st district. President Scott Wilson had
this to say: "The Executive Committee of the CCDL is pleased to endorse
Harry Watson for the 41st district house seat. We believe that Harry
will support the views and rights of law abiding gun owners. Personally,
I would also be a proud constituent as I am living in his district."

The entire list of endorsed candidates is available on the organization's
website, and the executive committee sincerely hopes that members and
non-members alike state-wide will carefully weigh their recommendations
before going to the polls this November.

About the CCDL: The Connecticut Citizens Defense League was formed in
2009 by a small group of concerned citizens as a non-partisan
organization to advocate second amendment rights in the state of
Connecticut. Since their founding, the group has grown to over 2,500
members from all walks of life. Thanks to this large support base across
the state the CCDL has become a fixture of the capitol, well recognized
by all committees that regularly see firearms related bills as well as
the state Board of Firearms Permit Examiners. As the go-to organization
in the state they are consulted regularly by lawmakers who have
questions and concerns about pending legislation or existing laws. In
the time since their founding not a single anti-gun bill has made it
through the House or the Senate, and many of their own bills have been
introduced and passed.
