Concealed Carry of Firearms is Lawful Again in New London
2nd Amendment Rights (Connecticut)
Ordinance 14-11 which in effect banned concealed carry of all weapons including those by lawfully permitted carriers of handguns has now been revised to allow for permitted carriers that wish to conceal. The change went into effect June 20th, which was 30 days after the ordinance revision was approved.
Prior to this Lawful carry of firearms allowed permitted carriers to only carry openly (exposed) in New London.
