"Spring" into Holistic Health; Healthy Lifestyles Fair

The Brito Center for Arts & Healing; Holistic Healing Society will present a Healthy Lifestyles Fair at the New London Senior Center. This event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Complimentary Therapists and Local Artisans  will be present to offer you information for the healthy lifestyle you've adopted or are ready to adopt.   Discover new strategies for stress reduction and achievement of personal goals. 

Sample services such as Reiki, Hypnosis/EFT, Life Coaching, and Holistic Health Counseling.  Free hearing screenings will be provided by Community Hearing Aids of Groton.  Presentations will be made throughout the day providing comprehensive overviews of various complimentary therapies.  Come to be inspired and motivated to achieve holistic wellness for your abundant life! 

Collections bins will be available for donations of personal care items/toiletries  to the Women's Center of Southeastern CT and donations of non-perishable food for the G.E. Moran Food Bank.
