A panel presented by the SE Chapter of the ACLU-CT, about medicalization, decriminalization and legalization of marijuana. Panelists - Joe Brooks (Law Enforcement Against Prohibition), Cliff Thornton (Efficacy) and Jason Ortiz (Students for Sensible Drug Policy/ACLU-CT) - will discuss the potential outcome of each variation of marijuana reform including effects on the prison population, the police and the state budget.
