Prati is a certified yoga instructor. Through her classes, she will share the science of yoga, where postures, breathing and alignment are just tools to go beyond mind and body. Mainly, her classes are based on Ashtanga-Vinyasa tradition but are heavily influenced by other schools like Iyengar, hatha etc. Yoga postures, if practiced regularly can bring profound positive changes both in subtle and physical body. Regular practice helps in creating awareness of each small act and to develop non-judgmental attitude along with a healthy strong body.

This 75 minutes of class is perfect way to ease your way in if you have not done yoga or new to it. Strong emphasis is on the awareness of you own breath and connecting to it while the body moves through postures in proper alignment. Slow meditative flow to train the muscles and mind.
