The business is down the road from a concentration of car dealerships near the intersection of Colman Street, and neighboring shops range from a sandwich shop and liquor store to a flower stand and physical therapy.
The real estate listing suggests a similar range of possible uses for the property. It gives weight to the garage space as well as ample room for parking and sales, but the top suggestions include retail, service, restaurant, and office uses. By special permit, the site could hold anything from a church to a club to self-storage.
