Fill The Spot: 37 Cottage Street

Warehouse building includes large overhead door, office space

Perhaps a "Remember the Alamo" attraction could go into this space?

OK, maybe something dedicated to the Texas Revolution in the middle of New London wouldn't make sense, even if the building facade does bear a resemblance to the historic mission. But hey, stranger things have happened. London Bridge wound up in Arizona, after all.

The building at 37 Cottage Street once held a longstanding business for painting services, but now it stands vacant between Planned Parenthood and an apartment building with the entrance to the New London Superior Court parking lot across the way. U.S. Properties has it listed with an asking price of $225,000.
