Woman, 68, Hospitalized After Ocean Ave. Accident
New London fire and police Departments respond to accident on Tuesday evening
A 68-year-old New Hampshire woman was hospitalized on Tuesday evening after her car struck several other vehicles and flipped on its side.
Deputy Chief Peter Reichard of the said the accident occurred at about 8:49 p.m. Judith Pickering, of Nashua, N.H., suffered non-life threatening injuries in the accident and was taken to . A witness said Pickering's vehicle struck several parked cars in the 200 block of Ocean Ave. before overturning.
The extricated Pickering from the vehicle. Reichard said the accident remains under investigation.
