New London Police Department's Animal Control Officer is hoping to find the owner of this young pit bull mix. He was found tied to a fence at the lower end of Montauk Avenue on September 15.
The dog is a younger male and weighs about 50 pounds. As New London Police note on their Facebook Page, he's very distinctive looking with a large underbite, "possibly mixed with bulldog or maybe a gargoyle?"
