Second Suspect Apprehended In Shots-Fired Incident On Perry Street

Arrested in Woonsocket, R.I., Quadell Daniels will be extradited to Connecticut

The second suspect wanted in an incident last month of shots being fired on Perry Street has been arrested in Rhode Island, New London police said Monday.

Deputy Chief Marshall Segar said in an email that Quadell Daniels was arrested by Woonsocket, R.I., police on local charges, and once his identity was confirmed, was being held as a fugitive from Connecticut.

The shooting incident on Perry Street happened Dec. 15, according to The Day.

The Day reported that "Police are looking for Quadell Daniels, 24, on charges of first-degree robbery, first-degree criminal attempt/assault, criminal use of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit, unlawful discharge of a firearm, reckless endangerment and possession of marijuana."

The shots were fired inside an apartment on Perry Street. Police reported no injuries.
