The New London Police Department is looking to identify a burglar who was caught on a Bank Street restaurant's security footage early on Monday.

In the security photos, the man is wearing a winter hat and sweatshirt and has glasses and facial hair. He also has distinctive tattoos of a spider on his right hand and the name "Moe" on the right side of his neck.

Anyone with any information on this incident should contact the NLPD Detective Division at 860-447-1481.
