Police Blotter: New London Arrests This Week Include Another Heroin Bust
New London Police Department provides arrest information. An arrest does not signify a conviction.

Marcus Mayo, DOB 11/17/87, of New London was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and with seat belt violations.
Madelin Tinea, DOB 5.28/95, of 15 Clover Court, New London, was charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
Josephine Da Costa, DOB 4/6/92, of 47 Morgan Street, New London, was charged with assault in the third degree.
Stephen W. Dorch, DOB 2/27/74, of 1 Ibis Circle, Safety Harbor, Fla. was charged with DUI and driving the wrong way down a one-way street. Bond was set at $2,500.

Pete E. Whitney, DOB 1/22/85, of 202 Colman Street, New London, was charged with criminal mischief. Bond was set at $500.
Kevin Henry, DOB 9/25/89, of 2 Charles Street, New London, was charged with breach of peace and for having a roaming dog. He was released on a promise to appear.
Tyrone Santiago, DOB 5/20/84, of 70 Brainard Street, New London, was charged with assault in the third degree, threatening in the second degree, possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of heroin within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $25,000 and $50,000.
Jessica Estrada, DOB 6/2/84, of 59 West Coit Street, New London, was charged with breach of peace. Bond was set at $500.

David Wilson, DOB 1/22/92, of New London, was charged with robbery in the second degree, assault in the third degree, and larceny in the sixth degree.
Jerome Taylor, DOB 7/16/90, of 244 Willetts Avenue, New London, was charged with violation of probation and with interfering with a police officer.
Desie Rivera, DOB 4/11/79, (homeless) of New London, was charged with trespassing in the third degree, breach of peace, and failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,500.
Filodelfo Alevedo, DOB 10/20/63, of 264 Broad Street, New London, was charged with failure to drive right and driving under suspension.
Randy Morton, DOB 2/18/86, of 28 Branford Avenue, Groton City, was charged with DUI and driving under suspension.
