David G. Kerns, 44, of no fixed address, was arrested for breach of peace.
June 28
Lebro Mei, 30, of 19 Jay St., New London was arrested at Stash's Cafe at 7:05 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree and failure to appear in court. Bond was set at $2,500 and $500 for each charge.
Arthur Morrison, 42, of 500 Spring St, Clinton, Tenn., was charged with breach of peace. Bond was set at $800.
Patricia Lewis, 47, of 63 Fog Plain Rd., Waterford, was charged with violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $1,000.
Traci Algiere, 40, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree and breach of peace.
Michael Evans, 43, of 76 Federal St., New London, was charged with criminal trespassing in the first degree and breach of peace in the third degree.
Donald H. Shea, Jr., 50, of 89 Rosemary St., New London, was charged with larceny in the sixth degree, harassment in the second degree, threatening in the second degree, and for criminally damaging the landlord's property. Bond was set at $20,000.
Rosa Esteban, 40, of 50 Palmer St., Norwich, was charged with criminal trespass in the third degree.
