No "accident" occurred. At 7:40 p.m., police and fire responded to Ocean Beach Park for an injured woman. The woman was trying to get into a moving vehicle when she fell and was injured. She was transported to where she was treated. The woman told police that she was trying open the door of the vehicle while it was moving. She was talking on her cell phone at the same time. She was wearing flip-flops and tripped and fell. She was not hit or run over by the vehicle. No enforcement action was taken.
