Arrests by the New London Police Department

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Frank Sawicki, 35, of 16 Shanef Street, Aug. 14, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of hallucinogens, possession of hallucinogens with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, $5,000 non-surety bond.

Nicholas Newbury, 27, of 165 Grant Ave. in Portsmouth, N.H., Aug. 14, possession of heroin, third-degree trespassing, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Darryl W. Thomas, 43, of 21 Williams Street, Aug. 14, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, $500 cash or surety bond.

Fernando Costas Delgado, 48, of 22 Cape Ann Court, Aug. 14, evading responsibility, driving under suspension, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive reasonable distance apart, passing in a no passing zone, $10,000 cash or surety bond.

Albert Goss, 21, of 61 Blackhall Street, Aug. 15, first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court, third-degree trespassing, possession of hallucinogens, $30,000 cash or surety bond in total.

Naines Oliner (Rosado), 26, homeless, Aug. 15, failure to appear in court, first-degree criminal trespass, $1,000 bond.

Ricardo Cruz, 36, no address listed, Aug. 15, first-degree criminal trespass, possession of hallucinogens, no bond listed.

Justin Jones, 26, of 326 Vauxhall Street, Aug. 16, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, no bond listed.
