Albert P. Jowdy, 59, of 10 Railroad Place in Norwich, April 20, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree trespassing, $1,000 non-surety bond.
Walter Velazquez, 42, of 118 Vauxhall Street, April 20, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, $2,500 cash or surety bond.
Brennan Caruso, 20, of 35 Garfield Ave., April 20, interfering with police, $1,000 non-surety bond.
Teron R. Smith, 20, of 74 Boswell Ave. in Norwich, April 22, using a motor vehicle without permission, $1,000 non-surety bond.
