New London Arrest Report

Arrests reported for December 20 and 21.

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Nathaniel F. Robinson, 20, of 206 Boston Post Road, North Windsor, was arrested on Dec. 20 for possession of heroin, possession with intent to sell, and possession with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school. Bond was set at $50,000.

William Carlos Olmo, 39, of 11 Anthony Road, J, New London, was arrested Dec. 20 for disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,500.

Angel D. Rodriguez, 50, of 11 Anthony Road, J, New London, was arrested Dec. 20 for disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree during a domestic dispute. Bond was set at $1,000.

Ines B. Lopez, 48, of 11 Anthony Road, J, New London, was arrested Dec. 20 for disorderly conduct and assault in the second degree during a domestic dispute. Bond was set at $1,000.

William A. Bueno-Hirando, 28, of 47Prest Street, Apt. 1, New London, was arrested Dec. 20 for failing to use a traffic signal, operating under suspension, and driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Eric Caple, 30, of 69 Rosemary Street, New London, was arrested Dec. 21 for violating an order of protection. Bond was set at $5,000.

Roshana M. Schroth, 31, of 69 Rosemary Street, New London, was arrested Dec. 21 for disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, and risk of injury to a minor. Bond was set at $2,500.

Jesse D. Walker, 22, of 49 Viets Street, New London, was arrested Dec. 21 for failure to use a turn signal, operating without insurance, failure to drive right, and driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Leon C. Gousman Jr., 28, of 172 Lincoln Ave., New London, was arrested Dec. 21 for engaging an officer in pursuit, reckless driving, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and driving while under suspension. Bond was set at $5,000.

Bryan L. Weaver, 21, of 321 Crystal Ave., New London, was arrested Dec. 21 for breach of peace in the second degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, interfering with a police officer and carrying a dangerous weapon.
