Arrests by the New London Police Department

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Lorraine Spath, 57, of 70 Hawthorne Drive, Oct. 8, sixth-degree larceny, promise to appear in court.

Albert Stefano, 37, of 905 Bank Street, Oct. 9, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, $1,500 non-surety bond.

Samantha Hendrick, 25, of 76 Federal Street, Oct. 9, second-degree failure to appear in court, $10,000 bond.

Pedro Madera, 42, homeless, Oct. 9, second-degree failure to appear in court, violation of probation, $35,000 bond in total.
