Scott V. Waller, 22, of 481 Henry Street in Norwich, Oct. 6, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, $1,500 cash or surety bond.

Kevin L. Zachow, 23, of Sub Base New London, Oct. 6, second-degree breach of peace, $500 non-surety bond.

Hilary J. Henry, 32, of 83 Blackhall Street, Oct. 6, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, $1,500 cash or surety bond.

Yul A. Fagalar, 51, of 76 Brainard Street, Oct. 6, violation of conditions of release, breach of peace, $45,000 bond in total.

Luis M. Rosario, 30, of 227 Jefferson Ave., Oct. 7, improper signal, driving with a suspended license, no bond listed.

Keyett L. McDonald, 34, of 34 Spaulding Street in Norwich, Oct. 7, improper signal, driving with a suspended license, no bond listed.
