Arrests by the New London Police Department

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Manuel Calderon, 56, of 575 Bank Street, Nov. 14, driving under suspension, failure to drive in the established lane in a construction zone, $500 cash or surety bond.

William Nouyen, 22, of 10 Dunbar Street in Worcester, Mass., Nov. 14, failure to respond to an infraction, $200 bond.

Frederick P. Faulkner, 43, of 104 Ocean Ave., Nov. 15, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree failure to appear in court, $1,000 cash or surety bond.

William Diaz, 44, of 44 Franklin Street, Nov. 15, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree burglary, second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, unlawful restraint, two counts of violation of a protective order, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with police, $25,000 cash or surety bond.

Vain Dadd, 35, of 35 D Street in Groton, Nov. 15, two counts of possession of crack cocaine, two counts of sale of crack cocaine, $100,000 cash or surety bond.

Essence Milner, 20, of 84 Boulder Drive, Nov. 16, third-degree assault, promise to appear in court.

Angell Whittington, 20, of 453 Ocean Ave., Nov. 16, violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, promise to appear in court.
