Terezo Santell, 37, of 36 Summer Street, Nov. 14, failure to drive right, driving under suspension, $500 non-surety bond.
Tobias Smith, no age listed, of 19 Jay Street, Nov. 14, assault on public safety personnel, breach of peace, threatening, $5,000 bond.
