Clayton A. Swanson Jr., 43, of 27 Jay Street, July 15, disorderly conduct, no bond listed.

Joanne Ortiz, 48, of 16 Amity Street, July 15, first-degree trespassing, two counts of sixth-degree larceny, no bond listed.

Juan R. Cruz, 36, of 29 Tilley Street, July 15, warrant for second-degree failure to appear in court, $500 cash or surety bond.

Kenya Snell, 33, of 70 Farmington Ave., July 16, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with a 911 call, no bond listed.

Brittany Amanda Enos, 21, of 165 Sigourney Street in Hartford, July 16, warrant for two counts of illegal use of credit card and two counts of sixth-degree larceny, promise to appear in court.

Dimitri Sitty, 32, of 19 Jay Street, July 16, failure to obey traffic signal, driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, failure to carry insurance, no bond listed.
