Perry H. Johnson Jr., 31, of 38 West Coit Street, July 11, warrant for two counts each of conspiracy to sell cocaine, sale of heroin, and possession of heroin, no bond listed.

Hector A. Abreu, 24, of 42 Williams Street, July 11, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with a 911 call, no bond listed.

Justin Carta, 34, of 1127 Ocean Ave., July 11, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, no bond listed.

Robert D. Hochman, 53, of 401 West Thames Street in Norwich, July 11, warrants for third-degree larceny, taking a motor vehicle without permission, and first-degree trespassing, promise to appear in court.

Eric Williams, 30, of 29 Litton Ave. in Groton, July 11, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with police, tampering with evidence, possession of hallucinogens, possession of drug paraphernalia, no bond listed.

Anthony Watson, 26, homeless, July 11, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with police, possession of narcotics, possession of hallucinogens, no bond listed.

Ricardo J. Cruz, 36, no certain address, July 11, breach of peace, interfering with police, no bond listed.
