Arrests by the New London Police Department

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Frederick Tomhas, 32, of 34 Skyline Drive in Salemn, Jan. 11, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving under suspension, seat belt violation, no bond listed.

Robert Allen, 29, of 23 Moore Ave., Jan. 12, breach of peace, $500 cash or surety bond.

Roxanne Lopez, 24, of 8 Coit Street, Jan. 12, assault on a police officer, interfering with police, breach of peace, $1,000 bond.

Matthew Santiago, 41, of 10 South Street in Taftville, Jan. 12, interfering with police, no bond listed.

Christopher A. Allard, 21, of 9 Mechanic Street in Jewett City, Jan. 12, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with police, no bond listed.

Katherine Lopez, 26, of 135 Breezy Knoll in Mystic, Jan. 12, breach of peace, interfering with police, no bond listed.

Linda Ann Puetz, 55, of 76 Federal Street, Jan. 12, disorderly conduct, no bond listed.

Marc P. Davis, 29, of 85 Neptune Ave., Jan. 12, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, $1,000 non-surety bond.

Javier Serrano, 35, homeless, Jan. 13, second-degree criminal trespass, criminal mischief, $5,000 cash or surety bond.
