Arrests for April 14 and 15

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Alexis Soto, 27, of 168 Laurel Drive, April 14, two counts of breach of second-degree failure to appear in court, breach of peace, $40,500 bond in total.

Germaine Carter, 32, of 54 Mountain Ave., April 14, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Joel Matthews, 29, of 36 Blinman Street, April 14, two counts of murder, second-degree arson, $5 million bond.

Elisa J. Dicarlo, 23, of 3 Douglas Drive in Danbury, April 14, interfering with police, third-degree assault, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Ryan J. McDonald, 23, of 26 Ironworks Hill Road, April 15, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Jeannine M. Sergiacomi, 23, of 40 Boston Post Road in East Lyme, April 15, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unsafe backing, $500 non-surety bond.

Robin D. Wallace, 53, of 12 Home Street, April 15, second-degree breach of peace, $5,000 bond.

Emmanuel Gonzalez-Nieves, 23, of 32 Branford Ave., April 15, violation of a protective order, $10,000 bond.
