Rafael Barreto, 38, of 9 Brewer Street, Sept. 19, possession of hallucinogens, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license, $3,000 non-surety bond in total.
Tracy C. Maddox, 45, of 646 East Main Street, Sept. 19, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, obstructed view, drinking while operating a vehicle, $3,000 cash or surety bond in total.
