The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Steven Wisnieski, 27, of 40 Mackazi Road in Waterford, Feb. 6, violation of a protection order, interfering with police, $35,000 bond.

Kensel Jean, 55, of 17 Blackhall Street, Feb. 6, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening, breach of peace, $35,000 bond.

Dominic A. Millette, 25, of 28 Linden Street, Feb. 6, possession of crack cocaine, criminal attempt to sell narcotics, interfering with police, possession of drug paraphernalia, no bond listed.

Norman R. Riley, Jr., 47, of 41 Pawcatuck Ave. in Pawcatuck, Feb. 7, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, no bond listed.

Frank A. Kreyssig, 25, of 523 Voluntown Road in Griswold, Feb. 7, first-degree failure to appear in court, $100 bond.
