Tamara Elliott, 44, of 66 Jay Street, Jan. 1, breach of peace, no bond listed.

Franklin D. Thompson, 38, of Sub Base New London, Jan. 1, violation of a protective order, $10,000 bond.

Shawn Cooley, 35, of 1371 Western Ave. in Norwich, Jan. 2, illegal supply of drugs, interfering with police, $7,500 bond.

James Goins, 27, of 846 Bank Street, Jan. 2, illegally obtaining prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, $1,500 cash or surety bond.
