Arrests by the New London Police Department

Jeremy P. Sherman, 36, of 4 Prospect Place in Torrington, Dec. 3, breach of peace, $500 cash or surety bond.

Ketan Shah, 26, of 29 Willow Lane in Waterford, Dec. 3, failure to respond to an infraction, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, $92 bond.

Brian Hinees, 36, of 85 Vauxhall Street, Dec. 3, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disobeying officer’s signal, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, no bond listed.

Bryan McCabe, 28, of 600 Maine Street in Groton, Dec. 4, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to stop at a stop sign, no bond listed.

Mohammed A. Arif, 36, of 435 Central Park West in New York, N.Y., Dec. 4, two counts of failure to appear in court, $50,000 cash or surety bond.

Hector D. Ortega, 30, of 49 Garfield Ave., Dec. 4, breach of peace, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, $21,000 cash or surety bond in total.

Kerry McQuay, 58, last known address at 13 Fitch Ave. in Groton, Dec. 4, second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, resisting arrest, $2,500 cash or surety bond.

Andrew M. Stolar, 30, of 315 Flatbush Ave. in Brooklyn, N.Y., Dec. 5, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, $100,000 cash or surety bond.

Dian M. Weaver, 25, of 11 Ray Street, Dec. 5, second-degree breach of peace, no bond listed.

Dana Doss, 29, of 891 Vauxhall Street Extension in Quaker Hill, Dec. 5, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, no bond listed.

Felix Ruiz, 38, of 33 Summer Street, Dec. 5, failure to appear in court, $150 bond.
