Angelica C. Pagan, 24, of 11½ Brewer Street, Dec. 9, three counts of risk of injury, no bond listed.

Christian Pagan, 28, of 11½ Brewer Street, Dec. 9, possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of heroin with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school or public housing project, three counts of risk of injury, possession of a firearm by a felon, operating a drug factory, altering a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, no bond listed.

Michael Rivera, 22, of 37 Otis Street in Norwich, Dec. 9, second-degree domestic breach of peace, second-degree threatening, no bond listed.

Sandra E. Lopez, 36, of 55 Prest Street, Dec. 11, breach of peace, no bond listed.

Justin Masek, 22, of 32 Willetts Ave., Dec. 11, interfering with police, criminal impersonation, assault on a police officer, $50,000 bond.

Francisco Rolon, 32, of 65 Federal Street, Dec. 11, violation of a protective order, breach of peace, $17,500 cash or surety bond in total.
