Roselys Cortorreal, 18, of 97 Green Street, Jan. 15, second-degree breach of peace, promise to appear in court.

Ramon E. Penn, 53, of 280 Willetts Ave., Jan. 15, driving with a suspended license, failure to stop for a stop sign, no bond listed.
