Arrests for Oct. 21-23

The following arrests were recorded at the New London Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

Wayne Vendetto, 41, of 29 Chapel Drive, Oct. 21, four counts of second-degree criminal mischief, $1,000 non-surety bond.

Kason Esquilin, 27, of 110 Litton Ave. in Groton, Oct. 21, violation of probation, $150,000 bond.

Nikita Dasilua, 25, of 306 Vauxhall Street, Oct. 21, failure to respond to an infraction, $50 bond.

Kevin Riley, 26, of 4 Mayfair Drive in Waterford, Oct. 21, possession of heroin, $10,000 non-surety bond.

Francisco Rolon, 32, of 65 Federal Street, Oct. 22, breach of peace, unlawful restraint, $50,000 bond.

Kevin Atkinson, 48, of 491 Route 32 in Uncasville, Oct. 22, second-degree breach of peace, possession of narcotics, $1,000 non-surety bond.

Richard Kelso, 25, of 87 Hillcrest Ave. in Summit, N.J., Oct. 23, second-degree breach of peace, $500 cash or surety bond.

Maribel Perez, 22, of 48 Crystal Ave., Oct. 23, second-degree breach of peace, $500 cash or surety bond.

Edwin Santana Jr., 28, of 48 Crystal Ave., Oct. 23, interfering with police, assault on a police officer, $500 cash or surety bond.

Carolynne Hilbert, 39, of 13 Marla Ave. in Ledyard, Oct. 23, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, following too close, no bond listed.

Benjamin David Stevens, 20, of 61 Maple Ave., Oct. 23, interfering with police, $1,000 non-surety bond.
