Scott J. Franklin, 25, of 11 Velvet Lane in Mystic, Sept. 3, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of violation of probation, $28,000 bond in total.
Bryant Downs, 36, of 28 Fern Street, Sept. 4, driving while license suspended, wrong way on a one way street, $500 non-surety bond.
